How did you meet?
How did they propose?
Kyle proposed on a nature hike in the Gold Coast Hinterland, with a ring he had made in Afghanistan in 2012, but kept a secret until 2015. Funnily enough, the nature hike only lasted 20min and he didn’t get a chance to propose.
Kyle insisted we go for a second loop and I was pretty grumpy about it (all I wanted was breakfast) until I saw him down on one knee halfway through the second go.

Your words of wisdom to any couple getting married?
Take time throughout the day to spend time with each other!
Also, don’t sweat the small stuff, remember at the end of the day no one is going to remember what did or didn’t go to plan – except for you. The guests always just remember a great wedding!
And lastly, practice your vows together beforehand at home on a date night. It made it special and we both felt so comfortable on the day with just a couple of tears instead of choking them back.
What was the most memorable moment from your wedding day?
Spending the morning getting ready with my girls and my mum was one of my favourite parts of the day! Doing the first look was 100% one of the biggest wins of the day. So great to see each other beforehand and the whole bridal party got to share bubbles upstairs whilst the guests arrive and get all excited together.

God, you guys were so great with our flowers and styling for the reception. Couldn’t believe we could have it all done by one company. It was a saving grace to have to change vendors.
