In the lead-up and on the day itself, our experienced team will manage logistics and liaise with your suppliers to confirm bookings, finalise timelines and perfect your wedding day run sheet. From coordinating furniture set-up to answering questions and guiding guests, we ensure everything runs smoothly and seamlessly — so you and your loved ones can be fully present and stress-free.

On the Day Coordination Inclusions

  • One-hour consultation at our consult room or your venue prior to your wedding date to hand over all wedding plans, including your run sheet draft, supplier details, timelines and logistics
  • Finalisation of a detailed wedding day run sheet, with supplier confirmations and order checks handled on your behalf

One Event Manager for 8 hours, providing:

  • Coordination of all supplier set-ups to ensure your vision is executed exactly as planned
  • Guest management, including ceremony seating and timeline guidance
  • Ongoing communication with suppliers to keep the day running smoothly and on schedule
  • Coordination of vendor set-up and pack-down, including florist, stylist, cake, furniture, décor and stationery suppliers
  • Unpacking and styling of stationery, wedding favours, signage, wishing well and guest book
  • Supplier inductions and provision of all necessary access and event information
  • Oversight of food and beverage service
  • Handling guest enquiries, including mobility access, and discreetly resolving any issues that may arise
