How did they pop the question?

Zach popped the question on the beach when we were alone at Eagle Bay in Western Australia in January 2020. He was shaking and crying to the point that I thought he wasn’t feeling very well and then he went down on one knee to my surprise, and we were both blubbering messes. 

What song was your first dance to?

Resolution by Matt Corby transitioned into Better than Ever by Flight Facilities.

Your biggest tip to any couple getting married?

Stop and reflect during the process of planning your wedding, during the week of your wedding, throughout the day, and afterward. We found this important to ensure we soaked in every single aspect of getting married. We’d also recommend unfollowing other wedding vendors, wedding inspiration accounts, dress designers, etc on social media this will allow you to stick to your own vision, make sure it’s your own authentic day and you’re unlikely to get overwhelmed by other weddings people share online.

Arctic Fox were one of our favourite vendors because they truly were the heroes on the day. The team was incredible to communicate with during our postponements, the lead-up and on the day, and they were basically invisible heroes who set everything up for our DIY wedding and ensured our simple elegant vision came together so perfectly and seamlessly.

Arctic Fox was a one-stop shop for all our DIY wedding needs and provided an incomparable service for Zach and I. They supplied the cocktail hour lounge furniture and a bar (they even delivered & picked it up the next day, this was a huge win so that we could enjoy a lovely relaxing morning to start our marriage). The team also set up our ceremony space, including the flowers, and created our reception area using the pieces we had supplied. They even do florals – and created the most fluffy, gorgeous flowers for our big bridal party, the bouquets were simply stunning. 

We would recommend Artcic Fox in a heartbeat to help you have a stress-free day!
