How did they pop the question?

We went camping at Stradbroke Island for our 10 year anniversary. On the first day, we had incredible weather and spent the afternoon at the beach, completely alone. We headed back to the campsite and then set up at Adder Rock for a picnic at sunset and as we were sitting there, a huge pod of dolphins swam past (seriously!). As I was filming them go by, Matt called out to me “oi, come here!”, I thought he wanted to take a photo but as I got over to him, he dropped down onto one knee. It was absolutely perfect and so surreal! He wanted to catch me off guard, so he did it the day before our 10 years.

What song was your first dance to?

We danced to Alicia Keys’ cover of Ocean Eyes. 

Your biggest tip to any couple getting married?

Enjoy it! Don’t have a pre-conceived expectation of how you’re going to feel, or how the day will go. Just plan it so it reflects you guys and what you want. The day will pan out exactly as it’s meant to, and if you stay true to who you are then it will be perfect and honestly, one of the best days of your life!
