We had a trip booked for my birthday and (little did I know) Mason was planning on proposing and had already ordered a ring. A few weeks prior to the trip we found out I was pregnant, and the ring happened to be ready early the same week. Mason booked dinner and I was feeling pretty unwell during the dinner (morning/all day sickness), so we decided to go for a walk on the beach after. Mase popped the question on the beach, it was the last thing in the world I thought was going to happen because normally I’m onto him when he’s planning something, but I had no clue!
