  • Pre-Wedding Consultation: One-hour Zoom session eight weeks before your wedding to review venue layout, timelines, supplier plans, and your wet weather contingency.
  • Detailed Timeline: Preparation and finalisation of your wedding day schedule, with confirmations for all vendor bookings and orders.
  • Ongoing Support: Phone and email guidance leading up to your wedding to answer questions and provide advice.

  • Inducting suppliers and providing all necessary access and event information
  • Unpacking and styling all elements, including stationery, guest books, and wishing wells
  • Managing time and guests, overseeing food and beverage service, and handling enquiries or issues discreetly
  • Coordinating supplier pack-down
